The terms that govern use of Ask Lopamudra reports, guidance and website services.

Ask Lopamudra is operated by Serene Prana Ayurveda, a DBA of Infoswan Inc. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ask Lopamudra.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ask Lopamudra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Ask Lopamudra services. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

3. Description of Service

Ask Lopamudra provides personalized reports, predictions and lifestyle guidance rooted in Vedic Astrology and Ayurveda. Reports are provided for informational, self-help and recreational purposes only.

4. User Submission and Service Integrity

  • Required Data: Astrology reports require the date, time and place of birth necessary for chart calculation and generation. Ayurveda or wellness services may require relevant questionnaire information.
  • Question Integrity: Paid astrology reports are designed for one primary question per paid report so the guidance can remain focused.
  • Appropriate Use: Do not submit content involving requests for violence, self-harm instructions, illegal acts, or explicit sexual content.
  • Avoid Unnecessary Sensitive Information: Do not provide private or sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably needed for the requested service.

5. Payment and Report Delivery

  • Payment is required upfront for paid reports.
  • After successful payment, the report is generated and delivered for viewing through the website. Where offered, you may request a copy by email.
  • The service is transactional. Inputs and generated reports are not intentionally maintained as permanent user profiles, although limited operational, support, payment and diagnostic records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Advice

Ask Lopamudra is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, immigration, or other licensed professional advice. For major life decisions or health concerns, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ask Lopamudra and its operator are not responsible for actions or decisions taken solely on the basis of a report. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Personal Use Only

Reports generated by Ask Lopamudra are for the personal use of the purchasing individual. Reports may not be resold, redistributed, republished or used commercially without express written consent.

9. Refunds

Because reports are personalized and generated for an individual request, payments are generally final once the report has been successfully generated and delivered, except where required by applicable law. Technical-delivery failures are handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Service Availability

We may update, suspend or modify features of the service as necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
