We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide the astrology or wellness guidance you request, calculate charts, process payments, deliver reports, provide support, maintain security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical issues.

We do not intentionally maintain permanent astrology profiles or permanent histories of submitted questions.
Limited submitted information may temporarily appear in operational or diagnostic systems used to run, secure and troubleshoot the service. Retention depends on the relevant provider configuration and operational needs. Payment, support and transaction records may be retained longer as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.

Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Ask Lopamudra, including Netlify, Google Cloud, Google Gemini, astrology calculation/API providers, Stripe or other payment processors, and email-delivery providers such as SendGrid.
