Ask Lopamudra is operated by Serene Prana Ayurveda, a DBA of Infoswan Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we use it, how it may be shared with service providers, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Process
Depending on the service you use, we may process your date, time and place of birth, submitted question, email address, payment or transaction information, wellness information you voluntarily provide, and limited technical data such as IP address, timestamps and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use It
We use information only as reasonably necessary to provide the astrology or wellness guidance you request, calculate charts, process payments, deliver reports, provide support, maintain security, prevent misuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Data Retention
We do not intentionally maintain permanent astrology profiles or permanent histories of submitted questions.
Limited submitted information may temporarily appear in operational or diagnostic systems used to run, secure and troubleshoot the service. Retention depends on the relevant provider configuration and operational needs. Payment, support and transaction records may be retained longer as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, fraud-prevention or legal purposes.
4. Privacy and Service Providers
We do not publish your birth details, submitted questions or personalized reports online. Information needed to provide your report may be processed by the service providers described below.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate Ask Lopamudra, including Netlify, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Google Gemini, astrology calculation/API providers, Stripe or other payment processors, and email-delivery providers such as SendGrid. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform their services.
5. International Processing
Some service providers may process information outside your country of residence, including in the United States, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
6. Cookies and Security
Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, payments and analytics.
Our first-party visit statistics and Meta tracking script respect browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals. Third-party website, analytics, payment and infrastructure providers may collect limited technical information as necessary to provide their services.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid submitting information that is not necessary for the service you request.
Visit statistics and advertising measurement
We do not show a statistics or advertising-consent prompt. Optional browser visit statistics and Meta tracking remain disabled. On the paid astrology page, Google Ads measurement loads with advertising storage, analytics storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization set to denied. These settings are not automatically changed to granted. Google may receive cookieless measurement signals; this is not a promise that no data reaches Google. This measurement is disabled when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
For an eligible verified purchase, we send the transaction reference, amount and currency for conversion measurement and duplicate prevention. Our integration excludes birth details, report questions and report content from the event and supplies a page address without query strings or fragments. It uses browser session storage to remember a reported transaction in the current tab. We do not enable enhanced conversions, personalized advertising or URL passthrough. Without advertising cookies and consented identifiers, attribution and conversion modeling may be limited.
Verified purchases and refunds may also appear in private payment totals from our payment provider. This does not create a page-by-page visit history. Our hosting, payment and advertising providers may process operational or measurement data under their own policies.
7. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain. We may reasonably verify your identity before completing a request.
Ask Lopamudra is intended for adult users. Purchasers and users of the service must be at least 18 years old.
8. Changes and Contact
If we materially change this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
